A note for new and ongoing subscribers
Over the past few weeks, you and a lot of other people have signed up for (de)regulation nation. It’s easy to understand why.
I put this newsletter to bed at the end of 2019. The news aggregation format I featured back then — tracking changes in climate and environmental regulations and the dim bulbs and apparatchniks who were in charge of gutting them — then doesn’t rise to meet the scope of the current U.S. crisis.
Yet the steady uptick in subscriptions suggests that people are looking for something they may not be finding elsewhere.
So: What are the news gaps or information holes that need to be filled? What info or insights are you looking for about the environment and climate right now? How often do you want to get it - every day, twice a week, once a week, once a month? And - to be frank - what would it need to be for you to spend a few bucks for it on the regular?
